WyzeBiz Privacy Policy
Last updated: [This section is being finalized with counsel.]
Who we are
WyzeBiz, operated by Sure Secured, builds CRM and customer-follow-up software for independent businesses. The platform is sold under four product names, all running on shared infrastructure and covered by this policy:
- DealerWyze — independent and used-car dealers
- RealtyWyze — independent real estate agents
- ProWyze — independent trades businesses
- SalesWyze — sales follow-up and email campaigns
Who this applies to
- Business customers who sign up for any Wyze product to manage leads and run email or SMS follow-up.
- Contacts — the leads and past customers a business customer uploads or connects, who receive messages as a result.
What we collect
From business customers: name, email, phone, company name, billing details, and the content of the campaigns they create.
From contacts, on a business customer's behalf: name, email address, phone number, city/location, and engagement data (opens, clicks, replies, call and SMS records) generated by interacting with a campaign.
We do not sell contact data. For contact data we act as a processor on behalf of the business customer who provided it — see the Data Processing Agreement.
Google user data
Where a business customer connects a Google account, we request only the scopes needed to operate the features they turned on:
- Sending mail on your behalf (
gmail.send) — used solely to deliver the campaigns and replies that the business customer composed and approved. We do not send anything the customer did not configure.
- Reading mail (
gmail.readonly) — used solely to detect replies to campaigns and, where the customer enables lead capture, to create a lead when a new inquiry arrives at a mailbox they nominated. Automated and bulk mail is filtered out rather than captured.
How that data is handled:
- OAuth credentials are stored encrypted, scoped to the customer's own tenant, and never shared between customers.
- Message content is used only to provide these features to the customer whose mailbox it is. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as required to provide the service or by law.
- A customer may disconnect a mailbox at any time from the product's settings, which revokes our stored credentials.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [This section is being finalized with counsel.](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To send the emails and texts the business customer configured.
- To measure deliverability and engagement, including inbox-placement monitoring.
- To detect and suppress bounced, unsubscribed, or otherwise undeliverable addresses.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately and requires no login.
- Deletion request: a contact may ask the business customer, or us on their behalf, to delete their data. Deletion removes activity and tracking records, anonymizes financial records rather than deleting them, and adds the address to a do-not-contact list so a later import cannot silently re-add it.
- Access or correction: contact the business customer that added you, or support@wyzebiz.com.
What we keep and for how long
- Financial records (orders, commissions): retained for accounting and tax purposes even after a deletion request; the request removes the identifying email rather than the transaction record. [This section is being finalized with counsel.]
- Suppression and unsubscribe records: retained indefinitely, because deleting them is what would allow someone to be contacted again after opting out.
- Everything else: [This section is being finalized with counsel.]
Security
We use encrypted connections, encrypted credential storage for connected mailboxes, tenant isolation so one customer's data is never readable by another, and an internal audit log of authentication events and sensitive account changes.
State privacy law rights
If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to know what we hold, request deletion, and opt out of certain processing. [This section is being finalized with counsel.]
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. [This section is being finalized with counsel.]
