1. What WyzeBiz is

WyzeBiz, operated by Sure Secured, provides CRM and customer-follow-up software to independent businesses under four product names — DealerWyze, RealtyWyze, ProWyze, and SalesWyze. These terms apply to all of them. Depending on the plan, we either configure and run campaigns on the customer's behalf or provide the platform for the customer to run themselves.

2. The customer is the sender of record

This is the central term, not a formality:

You approve the content. Before any campaign sends, you review and approve the message wording. We keep a timestamped record of what you approved.
You attest to your list. By uploading or connecting a list of contacts, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to contact every person on it, that you have or will obtain any consent required by applicable law — including prior express consent for SMS marketing — and that any claims in your messages are accurate.
You are responsible for your content and your list. We provide the sending infrastructure and delivery monitoring; you are responsible for what is sent and to whom.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Sure Secured harmless from claims arising from content you approved or lists you provided, including claims under CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or state privacy and telemarketing law. [This section is being finalized with counsel.]

3. What we do

Send email, and where enabled SMS, on your behalf or through the self-serve platform.
Monitor deliverability, including inbox-placement checks.
Maintain a suppression list and honor opt-outs immediately.
Provide a data deletion path so a contact's information can be removed on request.

We are not a law firm, and the platform's compliance tooling is not a substitute for your own legal review of your campaigns.

4. Connected accounts

Where you connect a third-party account such as Google, you authorize us to access it only for the features you enable, and you may disconnect it at any time from the product settings. Our handling of data from connected accounts is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Data ownership and portability

8. Acceptable use

You will not use any Wyze product to send to a purchased or scraped list without consent, to send content that is unlawful or deceptive or that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or applicable state law, or to contact anyone who has opted out.
